Arthur (1967), through AIC, is a financial entrepreneur active in financial services, projects and investments. Arthur monetizes and capitalizes identified opportunities with, in general, investors, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, government agencies and international companies.

As a financial professional, Arthur is also the chairman of the Association of International Bankers in the Netherlands Antilles (IBNA), a board member of the Curaçao International Financial Services Association (CIFA), a member of the Supervisory Board of the Curaçao International Financial Center (CIFC), the chairman of the Logistical Hub Platform Curaçao, a member of the Task Force Economic Enforcement and Diversification to the Commissioner of Economic Affairs of Curaçao, a former member of an informal advisory group to the Commissioner of Economic Affairs of Curaçao, a board member of Exprinter International Bank N.V., a former board member of Lombard-Atlantic Bank N.V., and a former managing director of CLF Global (Dutch Caribbean) N.V.

Prior to his current position, Arthur held several positions within KPMG and the predecessors of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Amsterdam and Curaçao. In these positions he was especially involved in public accountancy and financial advisory services for listed and non-listed investment funds, private equity entities, real estate companies and international banks.

Arthur has lectured, examined and has been an external member of thesis committee in conjunction with among others professors from Erasmus Univeristy in Rotterdam at a number of educational programs in Curaçao related to the subjects Financial Management, Intermediate Corporate Finance, Accounting, Auditing, and Administrative Organization at the Social Economic Faculty and Accountancy Program of the University of the Netherlands Antilles, and at the University of the Dutch Caribbean.

Arthur holds a Dutch Master of Science degree (drs) in Business Economics and a post-academic Registeraccountant (RA / Certified Accountant) degree from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Arthur is proficient in Dutch, English, Spanish, and basic French in addition to Papiamentu.
