Dutch Caribbean Stock Exchange  
The “Foundation Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange,” which represents the financial services industry of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba, is working on formalization of the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX). The Board of CIFA recognizes the importance of a securities exchange for our island. Apart from the domestic benefits that such an exchange offers, it will allow Curaçao to provide a broader spectrum of financial services to international markets than is presently the case. Moreover, CIFA believes that there is a strong desire in international markets for this service.
 
     
 
The DCSX aims to add value to the financial environment on Curaçao and the Netherlands Antilles. The intention is to create an independent exchange that is set up and run by the financial community for the benefit of that same community. The CIFA strongly believes that by building the stock exchange on Curaçao through shared financial community effort, we will be able to deliver value, which will significantly benefit the DCSX and the financial community on Curaçao.
